This plan is available if purchased within the first 60 days of the appliance purchase date. Plan starts on the day of plan purchase.

This plan is available if purchased between day 61 through day 365 after the appliance purchase date. Your plan will start the day after your manufacturer’s warranty ends.

This plan is available on appliances that have been previously covered under a Lowe's protection plan. Your plan starts after the end of your current plan in effect. In the event your plan has expired, coverage starts after a 30-day wait period.

No Deductible

All functional parts and labor costs to repair your appliances are included in the event of a covered failure.

Restock Your Food Reward

Provides reimbursement if your food spoils due to a covered failure of your refrigerator or freezer. Proof of loss may be required.

New Product Plan - Up to $300 per occurrence

Post Warranty Plan - Up to $300 per occurrence

Extension Plan - Up to $150 for a 1, 2 or 3 year plan. Up to $250 for a 5 year plan

Rental Reimbursement

Helps you pay for a rental if your refrigerator or freezer isn’t repaired in 72 hours.

New Product Plan - Reimbursement up to 25% of the retail price of your appliance

Post Warranty Plan - Reimbursement up to 25% of the retail price of your appliance (5 year plan only)

Extension Plan - Reimbursement up to 25% of the retail price of your appliance (5 year plan only)

Fix It or Replace It

If your appliance has three of the same major failures and requires a fourth repair, we will issue a payment, not to exceed the retail cost of the product.

Power Surge Protection

Parts and labor repair costs are covered if your appliance malfunctions due to a power surge.

Keep It Running Reward

Get 50% of the cost back for preventive maintenance items bought from Lowe’s, that keep your appliances running smoothly, such as water filters, hoses, water lines, washer fresheners, and more.

Payback Reward

Gives you 30% of the cost of the plan back if you don’t need service during your plan term (even if you use the preventative maintenance reimbursement) You must contact the Plan Administrator within 60 days of the end of your plan to claim this benefit.

Repair Quick™

Provides a one-time payment of $50 if your repair isn’t completed within 14 days (not applicable for refrigerators or freezers).
